Measures in place to minimise risk for face to face clinic sessions

Before an initial consultation a virtual screening will be required ( normally in the form of a phonecall,to ensure suitability for a face to face appointment, but an online form will also need to be completed )

Wherever possible all unnecessary furniture and equipment has been removed from the consultation room.

Appointment spacing has been increased.

Washable couch covers have been replaced with disposable couch roll.

Hand sanitiser is available for client use.

PPE as recommended by NHS England will be used for all appointments.

Staff will wear scrubs, which will be washed at 60*C following each clinic session.

Staff will be bare below the elbow to ensure adequate sanitisation of hands is possible.

All payments will be made prior to attendance to minimize unnecessary contact.

The windows will be opened between client appointments to maximize ventilation

Following each appointment all PPE will be appropriately disposed of and all surfaces and equipment used disinfected.

At the end of each clinic day, the room will be ventilated and floors and surfaces disinfected.
