I am trained in mat based Pilates and undertook my training with the APPI (Australian physiotherapy and pilates institute)

I have completed Mat work level 1,2 and 3

I teach Physiotherapy led Pilates on a 1:1 basis or as a class.

How long are the sessions?


Sessions are 45 minutes long for 1:1 and classes are one hour long

How big are the classes?

I prefer to teach small classes , so the maximum I will teach is 4 ladies at a time, this allows me to closely monitor your technique and supervise and progress you all individually within the class environment.

Are there any requirements before I sign up?


I only accept you on to my class programme if you have had a previous assessment with me ( Mummy MOT, antenatal or postnatal exercise or Womens health physiotherapy) as it is essential I am fully aware of your individual capabilities and any medical issues.


If you have not seen me in another capacity, I offer a 30 minute screening appointment which you can book at the same time as booking onto the classes.

Do I need to have done much exercise before?  

No, Pilates can be tailored to meet your current stability, strength and fitness levels

Should I join a class or have 1:1? 

If you are unsure, email me or complete a contact form so we can chat about what is best for you

What do I wear? 


Anything comfortable that you can move around in , so ideally no tight waistbands or restrictive material. other than that anything goes. We practice the classes in bare feet or socks so specialist footwear is not needed.
