A Mummy MOT is a physiotherapy postnatal assessmen

This is not a live streamed class, It is pre-recorded and will be uploaded to the website at 6pm each Monday. When you purchase the class you will be sent a password for the website page where you can view the class. The class will be updated each week at 6pm, so when you purchase you will have access to the class for a full week All participants must have completed a medical screening before taking part and must be aware that this is guided self practice and your form and technique cannot not being monitored.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a 50 % charge
