Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please use the link in your confirmation email.

 

 Once cancelled your refund will be processed as appropriate on the same working day but may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account​

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice can expect a full refund minus Administation fees (1.5% + 20p)

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% charge minus Administation fees (1.5% + 20p)

 

​Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend are subject  to 100% charge
